Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Somshell. Please read this policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping, returns, and refunds.

Part A: Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. You will receive an email/WhatsApp notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

During sale periods, festive seasons, or promotional events, processing times may be extended slightly. We will notify customers of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on:

• The total weight of your order
• The delivery destination within India
• The shipping method selected

Somshell may offer free or discounted shipping promotions from time to time; any such offer will be clearly indicated at checkout.

3. Shipping Coverage

At this time, Somshell ships to serviceable pin codes across India only. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email and/or WhatsApp. If you do not receive tracking details within 5-7 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us.

5. Delayed, Lost, or Undelivered Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, check your tracking link first, then contact us at e-mail with your order number. In the rare event a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, Somshell will arrange a replacement or store credit, per our discretion.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Somshell is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will arrange re-shipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Multiple Shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship separately depending on stock availability and warehouse location. You'll receive tracking details for each shipment.

Part B: Return & Refund Policy

8. Return Window

You may request a return within 24 hours of delivery. Return requests made after this window cannot be accepted.

9. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• In their original packaging

Items that are damaged, altered, worn, or missing tags will not be accepted for return.

10. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return, except in the case of a genuine defect or manufacturing fault:

11. How to Initiate a Return

• Email or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number and reason for return.
• Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return address and process.
• Pack the item securely with all original tags and packaging, and ship it to the address provided.

12. Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping is to be borne by the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received — in such cases, Somshell will cover the return shipping cost.

13. Refunds

All approved returns are refunded as store credit to be used on a future Somshell purchase. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method or bank account.

Store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item, and will be shared via email along with instructions on how to redeem it. Store credit is typically valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
