Somshell is a women's Indowestern wear brand specializing in heritage prints, handcrafted cotton tops, tunics, and Indo-western wear, operated from:

• You will provide accurate and complete information when placing an order

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access if we suspect fraudulent or abusive use.

3. Products

• All products are crafted using print techniques. As a result, slight variations in color, print placement, and finish are natural and not considered defects.
• Product images are taken with care to represent items accurately; however, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update pricing and descriptions without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed are in INR currency and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• We accept payments through payment methods, e.g. UPI, cards, net banking, wallets via secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details.
• In case of a pricing error on the website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received and you cannot request cancellation until it gets delivered.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud, in which case a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping

• We ship across India and worldwide.
• Delivery timelines vary based on location and are estimated, not guaranteed, due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, customs, etc.)
• For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in their country.

7. Replacement Policy

Eligible items may be replaced as per our Replacement Policy. Somshell does not guarantee refunds except where required by law or explicitly stated. (See our full Replacement Policy for details.)

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to logos, product designs, photographs, prints, illustrations, and text — is the property of Somshell and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. • Delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control
• Minor variations in handcrafted products
